state working of halogen lamp?..

Answer / Abhinav Kukreti

A halogen lamp is a type of incandescent lamp that uses a small amount of halogen gas (usually iodine or bromine) to redeposit evaporated tungsten filament back onto the filament, increasing its lifespan. The lamp operates on the same principle as an incandescent lamp but with improved efficiency due to the halogen cycle. The filament is heated until it glows, producing visible light.
