Hi
I am going to File for L1 visa in a few days, however there
is a mismatch in my personal experience. I have a total
experience of 5 years and worked in 3 different companies.
The first company I worked initially lasted 1.5 years,
however, I was fired from there due to low revenue. However
they had given me 6 months extra experience in my experience
certificate, also I had been provided 3 months salasr when I
left. However, I joined my second company in 1 month time.
Therefore there was an overlap in my experience, i.e. My
first two exeperience certificates show that I worked from
Feb 2005 to May 2005 in two different companies.
I am not sire if this will create problems while there is BG
verification. Please let me know the consequences of this if
I apply for L1 visa.

Hi Rahul,
Dont worry over that. You can say that you were working on
a project while you shifted to the other company and so,
assisted your former company till the completion of that
project while working in the second company with their
consent

i have name mismatch in certificates my degree cerificate it is like mmmm nnnnn and in passport it is like mmmmnnnn no space gap will it be a problem

Yesterday (22nd Oct) I had my L1B visa interview. The consulate rejected my VISA stating that I should go for L1 invidual VISA or H1B Visa. He just asked me 4 to 5 questions and then started writing something on the computer. The questions were: 1)My employer 2)My education: BTECH 3)My client , inidan salary and salary in US 4)the team size of project in India and in US. I had told around 50 in India and around 10 in US. I gave all the answers correctly. Can you please let me know the following: 1)what could be the reason of rejection ? 2)What should be the time gap before filing for L1 individual VISA again. 3)What are the chances of rejection of L1 individual visa? 4)What care should be taken next time during VISA interview? I am working for Tata group IT company having more than 5000 Employee (Not TCS), I was having L1B in 2005 but I never traveled to US, instead my company send me Europe from where I return back in 2008, eventually my L1B got expired in 2009. Now my company again filed my L1B and my interview scheduled next week. What will the impacts of my previous unused VISA?
My L1 Blanket petition got rejected stating the Reason - Not clearly approvable. The option that they have selected on the blue form is : Your blanket L-1 application is not clearly approvable under section 8 CFR 214.2 (I) (ii) (D ) and INA 101 (a) (15) (L). You may not reapply using the same petition, but may reapply as the beneficiary of an approved individual petition. Can someone suggest me what should be my next approach .
