Hi
I am going to File for L1 visa in a few days, however there
is a mismatch in my personal experience. I have a total
experience of 5 years and worked in 3 different companies.
The first company I worked initially lasted 1.5 years,
however, I was fired from there due to low revenue. However
they had given me 6 months extra experience in my experience
certificate, also I had been provided 3 months salasr when I
left. However, I joined my second company in 1 month time.
Therefore there was an overlap in my experience, i.e. My
first two exeperience certificates show that I worked from
Feb 2005 to May 2005 in two different companies.
I am not sire if this will create problems while there is BG
verification. Please let me know the consequences of this if
I apply for L1 visa.

Hi Rahul,
Dont worry over that. You can say that you were working on
a project while you shifted to the other company and so,
assisted your former company till the completion of that
project while working in the second company with their
consent

i have name mismatch in certificates my degree cerificate it is like mmmm nnnnn and in passport it is like mmmmnnnn no space gap will it be a problem

HI all i have a total work ex of 4 plus years in some of the top IT companies of india. I have a btech in information technology. I was placed from college in 2006. I did my final year in 2006 but because of ill health was unable to give one paper which i gave in session 2007-2008. My surname is being mispelt in the degree certificate instead of AIYAR it has been mentioned as IYER. Other documents have the name as AIYAR and as per passport also it is AIYAR. Will this create a problem for my L1 visa. I am a Chartered Accountant and name in my CA certificate is AIYAR.
