I Have already B1 visa and never travelled so far and now they initiated L1B visa for me.Please tell me whether they will reject L1B due to this?

Hi I have joined a reputed MNC in June 2010 and now wants to travel to US for project related work. My company will be processing the L1 Blanket visa for me and under this category are there any restrictions like I have to be in that company for the last 1 year, because my overall tenure with my current company is only 7 Months. Hi, I got rejected 3 times for B1 2 years back. but that time i was working for small company. now i am going to appear for the L1 visa. my profile has couple of changes, one is, i am working for a bigger well known company and now i have completed MCA. earlier when i got rejected B1, i only had MBA which is not a technical degree since i am into software development. I am qualified technical architect. can any one let me know what are my chances to get through L1? it is urgent please thanks in advance

Hi my L1 B Blanket Visa got rejected in Mumbai US Consulate. He wrote "not specialized" in the petition. Also told me that I want some more information from ur HR and give this document to him/her, see you in next couple of weeks. I guess the document he gave me was 221(g) paper (seemed like a xerox one) which said that your application is not considered in ins....definition of specialized knowledge professional why they are different etc. My HR said that this is a rejection, let us know if u receive any call in next 2 weeks. Anybody who has gone through this kind of issue please answer... Any idea what is this ? Does this mean its a complete rejection ? After how many days can I apply for another visa ? Can I apply L1B Blanket visa again and what are the chances ? I would appreciate an answer...

Yesterday (22nd Oct) I had my L1B visa interview. The consulate rejected my VISA stating that I should go for L1 invidual VISA or H1B Visa. He just asked me 4 to 5 questions and then started writing something on the computer. The questions were: 1)My employer 2)My education: BTECH 3)My client , inidan salary and salary in US 4)the team size of project in India and in US. I had told around 50 in India and around 10 in US. I gave all the answers correctly. Can you please let me know the following: 1)what could be the reason of rejection ? 2)What should be the time gap before filing for L1 individual VISA again. 3)What are the chances of rejection of L1 individual visa? 4)What care should be taken next time during VISA interview? I have my Visa Interview scheduled next week.My problem is that I have only applied to one university because I have made my home work on all the universities that offer my course work and I finally applied to this univeristy and got a admission decision in 2 weeks that I am admitted to the program for fall 2103. My question is that,will there be a problem, if the visa officer asks me what are the other universities that I applied apart form this?

I had applied for student visa in Dec 2010 and the visa was refused as the interviewer said that "I am not convinced". Then I again applied for visa interview in Jan 2011 and it again got refused for the same reason. Now I am getting chance to go to US for work (my company is sending me there). Will there be any problem in my L1 visa because of student visa experience in the past (like a month before my visa was refused?
