Hi
I am going to File for L1 visa in a few days, however there
is a mismatch in my personal experience. I have a total
experience of 5 years and worked in 3 different companies.
The first company I worked initially lasted 1.5 years,
however, I was fired from there due to low revenue. However
they had given me 6 months extra experience in my experience
certificate, also I had been provided 3 months salasr when I
left. However, I joined my second company in 1 month time.
Therefore there was an overlap in my experience, i.e. My
first two exeperience certificates show that I worked from
Feb 2005 to May 2005 in two different companies.
I am not sire if this will create problems while there is BG
verification. Please let me know the consequences of this if
I apply for L1 visa.

I also having same issue like Rahul but for me 20 days of
overlap. I will be going for H1B interview next month.
Whether it will leads to any rejection on my H1B?

I Have already B1 visa and never travelled so far and now they initiated L1B visa for me.Please tell me what to answer in visa interview if they ask why you have not travelled with B1?

I have my Visa Interview scheduled next week.My problem is that I have only applied to one university because I have made my home work on all the universities that offer my course work and I finally applied to this univeristy and got a admission decision in 2 weeks that I am admitted to the program for fall 2103. Hi i a mechanical Engineer graduate(non CS/IT) passed in 2007.I have an overall experience of 2 yr and 2 months in an IT Company.I am working since last 1 year in the current project.Am i eligible to apply for L1B blanket(My exp. is less than 3 Years).My manager wants me to travel to TEXAS but my company says it required 3 yrs of exp. for L1B blanket.If i am eligible then what is the chance of getting my VISA approved?? My H1 visa was filed through US employer in April 2008. After one month (in may 2008), my current employer in India initiated the L1 Blanket visa processing and i got the visa in September 2008. I went to US and worked there on L1 visa for one month and returned to India. In November 2008, i have attended the H1 visa interview as it got picked in lottary. During that interview, visa officer cancelled my L1 visa and put a query on H1. But i failed to submit the required docs by November 2009 as my US employer didn't provide them. Now the same employer in India initiated L1 blaket visa and the interview is schedled in next week. Could anyone share any information that would help me to give my best in the coming interview?? My L1 Blanket rejected in Aug 2014 . My company filed for L1 individual petition at Vermont service center and got RFE and then rejected on Oct 2014.
