I am going to File for L1 visa in a few days, however there
is a mismatch in my personal experience. I have a total
experience of 5 years and worked in 3 different companies.
The first company I worked initially lasted 1.5 years,
however, I was fired from there due to low revenue. However
they had given me 6 months extra experience in my experience
certificate, also I had been provided 3 months salasr when I
left. However, I joined my second company in 1 month time.
Therefore there was an overlap in my experience, i.e. My
first two exeperience certificates show that I worked from
Feb 2005 to May 2005 in two different companies.
I am not sire if this will create problems while there is BG
verification. Please let me know the consequences of this if
I apply for L1 visa.

i have name mismatch in certificates my degree cerificate it is like mmmm nnnnn and in passport it is like mmmmnnnn no space gap will it be a problem

I have done my +2 and then an open university degree and work experience of 6 years, regular education for 10+2=12yrs, and 3 years partime education. Will I be eligible for L1 Visa?My company is planning to trigger one for me, I am not sure if I would be eligible or not, any pointers would be very helpful.
Hi My name is Karan, i have been to US on B1 visa and also stayed there for 3 months, now all that my company is decided to send me on L1 Visa, now i have a problem in my education certificates, which i have lost in the transit while shifting or relocating to different places/locations and am not in the position to submit my certificate, even if it is required and i have lost hope on getting my certificates back, and tried all way to get it, now am worried that and just wanna know with my work experience of 12 years, and i have all the supporting documents with related to my work experience. i.e. Right from offer letter to relieving letter and with these documents will i be granted L1 Visa, and someone please let me know what are the verification procedure done to issue an L1 visa, please give me detail. I am having 6.5 years of experience in IT and presently I am working in a reputed MNC. My company is soon going to apply for L1A for me. The reason I am worried because, the first company where I worked almost 2.7 years sold there business and presently there are no existence of it. Except the appointment as well as release letter from this company I don’t have any other documents like bank statement or form16 (As it was a small company we used to get the payment in cash.). I have my Visa Interview scheduled next week.My problem is that I have only applied to one university because I have made my home work on all the universities that offer my course work and I finally applied to this univeristy and got a admission decision in 2 weeks that I am admitted to the program for fall 2103.
