Liquid is a fluid but fluid is not necessarily a liquid.
Fluids are liquid, vapour, gas and plasma.
Water is a Newtonian liquid; the viscosity is constant, at
constant temperature irrespective of shear.
Ketchup is a non-Newtonian liquid; the viscosity varies
depending upon the shear and the length of time the shear
is applied.

exemplifies fluid properties no matter how fast it is
stirred or mixed

non newtonian :blood ,paints,vanishes,polymer solution
