The strength of concrete is defined as per the IS code
456:2000 and not by IS 800:2007.
Strength depends on the grade of the concrete i.e. higher
the grade higher the strength.From M10 to M20 are defined
as ordinary concrete, from M25 to M55 are defined as
standard concrete and from M60 to M80 are defined as high
strength concrete.
In most of the reinforced concrete,M25/A40 is taken.The
high performance concrete(HPC) consists of M50/A20.

As per 1s 456 2000 M80 which is classified under high
strength concrete wil have max strength.
This will be having wide range of admixtures and will use
specially made cement.the case of petronas towers is an example.
