in the past,i have had some trouble sharing responsibilities
with others.i felt i could do things better snd faster
myself.this sometimes backfired because i would end up with
more work than i could handle & the quality of my work would
suffer.but i have learnt from my mistakes & am consciously
trying to be a team player.
