If the load of transformer is getting more than its
rating,,,than how to overcome this problem? Suppose thee
rating of transformer is 315kva and the load is going
beyond than the rating say around load: 352kva...
Than how can we solve this problem without deducting the
load.

In the first place an overload on a particularly rated
transformer is unacceptable by principle and experience,
Since we intend to achieve 352KVA load, i suggest we
increase the rating of the transformer to 423 KVA i.e 120%
of 352kva.

Dear
First thing tell your load constant or variable
If your load increase for some minutes or second you can
costantly use this tr. Effect on life of your tr. is less
than change of tr.

if your transformer is overloading it would me trip at the
time, it windind is burnt immmediatedily if proper cooling
is not provided, as a auditer , i inform u that u achieve
max. efficiency at the loading of 50% .
