of the line voltage

because angle between two phase is 120 not 180 degree so we
found phase to phase value 1.732 times not 2 times so for
phase to nutral we divide it by 1.732 and get less voltage
compare to ratted line value.

In star connection, net resistence is copratively low hence
you found low voltage drop.
