as the equivalent voltage across the terminal is (1/1.73)th
of the line voltage

because angle between two phase is 120 not 180 degree so we
found phase to phase value 1.732 times not 2 times so for
phase to nutral we divide it by 1.732 and get less voltage
compare to ratted line value.

you found low voltage drop.
