As the winding is the source of heat generation and the oil
is meant for cooling the same. winding temperature will be
always greater than oil temp.

well dts true...total load will be on the winding and the
source generates heat....dts the reason the winding temp is
higher than the oil temp

Normaly winding temperature is higher than oil temperature
because Oli is cooling medium and delta T should be 6 to 10
Degree celcius
