Drift current is due to applied voltage across p-n junction
due to which each electron drifted towards the positive
terminal of the battery in this way it collides with other
particals in the way due which its loses some kinetic
energy n produce another e- in this way the current produce
is called drift current
diffusion current is mainly due to majority charge carriers
n produce becoz of potential gradient in both sides of
semiconductor i.e p & n. The transport of charges in a
semicounductor may be conducted by mechanism called
Diffusion

drift current is when u usse ur hand to cum and mastrbate throw sperm on ur gf's face..diffusion is when u r having sex her and release it in her .

Answer / sneha yadav
Diffusion current depends on the gradients (that is the
concentration gradient, pressure gradient and temperature
gradient) and the particles will distribute themselves from
regions of high concentration to regions of low
concentration. The current due to this motion of charge
particles is called as diffusion current. The current which
is due to the applied external electric field is called as
drift current. If there is no electric feild there will be
no drift current.

Answer / abhay sunder
drift current is due to the temperature difference and
diffusion current is due to the concentration difference
between holes of n side and e- of p side.
