When N reports are scheduled for N users, How does the BCA
process /know to which user the report needs to be sent?

There is an option in business object schedular in which we
need to give the email id's of the user who wants the
reminder when the report has been refreshed...This is the
way the BCA will get to know about which users wants which
report...hope this'll help..

I think there is option called report bursting, which will
send the report to the exact user.

in 6.5 scheduler u can specify ,
while scheduling the reports u can enter the list of users
for a particular reports to be distributed aand format of
the reports after succesful completion of the reports

Report bursting is something like naming the tabs available
in the same sheet I think
Example: Worksheet(fieldname)

I have two data providers with common dimension and measures. The only difference between two data providers is in condition 'Fiscal Year'.One data provider calculates for current year and other one calculates for previous year. So in prompts if I am passing 2008 as current year then the two data providers should be able to calculate for current year and previous year individually. Its regarding Javascript coding for customization in BI4 reports. We need to have all the options disabled in the report except the option to Export(save the report in computer in Excel/pdf formats). I am able to hide TopBar,TabBar,Left Navigation etc but I need "Export" option to be displayed to the users in Read mode. Can this selective "hiding" be achieved?
