what is the difference between tcp and udp..

1.UDP(user datagram protocol) is faster than TCP
(Transmission control protocol).
2.UDP is a connectionless protocol and TCP is connection
oriented protocol.
3.TCP has a windowing feature, UDP has not.
4.TCP is reliable protocol and UDP is not.

what is the difference between tcp and udp..

Answer / p.mgr

tcp check if the data is received by the receiver[client].
but udp never take care about whether the data received by
receiver.
udp data rate is high compared to tcp
