how to connect the hyperlink in webi reports?

Create parent report,child report then go to preferences select webi,select interactive mode,thenclick on the report header give the Open document Syntax,
another method with out using syntax is go to properities,select "read as hyperlink option".

u create a new Hyperlink, open the webi& go for new tab,
select Hyperlink opition.
Hyperlink window will appear, in this window give name,
Mainly u select URL path i think this is soruce location.
this source location will be transfered into target
locations(select Folders or Categories).click ok
Then automatically Hyperlink will connected.

there are two ways to create a hyperling in a report
1. u create a new Hyperlink, open the webi& go for new tab,
select Hyperlink opition.
Hyperlink window will appear, in this window give name,
Mainly u select URL path i think this is soruce location.
this source location will be transfered into target
locations(select Folders or Categories).click ok
Then automatically Hyperlink will connected.
2. Create a cell in the report and then right click on it
insert the url there and get the hyperling with the report.

creating a hyperlinking in a report is
first URL construction will going to do in master report.
in repository master report and child report shold be
created.child report should show details..child URL---open,
refresh,passing parameters.
if we refreh child report directly then it shows prompt
values..
calling of child report means constructing a URL

To create a hyperlink,first we need to create a child report.
Then create a parent report where you workout your hyperlink
option.After creating your parent report,right click on it
and click on hyperlink menu ,then it asks the path for the
linking report.then give child reports name or assign the
child report there.but before you do that while you creating
the child in prompt section give dimension on which you are
creating the hyperlink.
