Surrogate key is an artificial key which is a system
generated one. It can be created from Oracle using
sequence, can also be created using ETL tools. It is the
unique key is dimension tables. The purpose of using
Surrogate key is to reduce the dependency from underlying
database.

What's the limitation of 'Page Footer' in Report Studio? e.g. If I have an activity prompt (list of activities in a Search & Select Prompt) and selected around 2500 activites from the 'Activity' Search & Select Prompt and when I ran the report I got a message "#! Overflow" in page footer. Can somebody please tell me what's max. limit. I tried with around 300 activities and page footer displayed the activities. Your help will be appriciated.

How can you schedule a report based on different time zone ?(ex: local time should be same as 10 am . Japan should get the report at 10 am. USA should get the report at 10 am).Is that possible?

we are in a trail to create a crosstab with rolling months as columns,i mean we have a crosstab with LOB as rows and loan amount as measure,coming to the main problem we have to create dynamically changing column in the columns of the crosstab.The requirement is ...we must have two dynamic columns like feb 08 and feb07.For example if current date is feb 28,we have to get the loan amount from 1st of feb to 27 of feb 2008 as feb08 and loan amount from 1st of feb to 27th of feb 2007 as feb07 columns.Please suggest us the possible way....thanks in advance....
