To accomplish work we need team.if i were to maintain team
first of all i will invite all members who are in my team
to give their suggestions. i ll try to show them that their
suggestions are valuable..so they shud feel like that they
are contributing towards achieving goal, they also have
power of decision making, this thing make them responsible.
