Answer / sudeep dutta
it depends on wheaher the transformer ins step-up or step-
down....................
For step-up .........it should be Yd1 or Yd11 .........
For step-down it should be Dy1 or Dy11............
for grounding purpose it should be Yz1 or Dz11........

For Distribution Transformers we can considered the vector
grouph for same as DZn0. Which reduce the 75% of hormonics
in secondry side.
For power transformer we can considered the vector group
deponds on application.
for example: Generating transformers: DYn1
furnuse transformers: YnYn0

The vector group used for design of transformer purely
depends on voltage levels of primary and secondary and also
purpose of it.
