We can migrate reports to QA environment through Cognos
connection portal.
Click the report you want to move to QA server
Then on the top right of your screen you find a 'new
export' icon.
click that and select the appropriate boxes related to
your report.
Click finish.
your report will be saved in cognos directory and the QA
team can import that report.

2. Then click on Tools. Select Content administration from
the drop down menu.
3. Click on 'new export' icon in content administration
page.
4. Specify a name and follow the steps.
