a)Iam expecting the salary but it should be according to
company norms same way i should get accoring to my work in
the organization.win-win situation between u and me.

b)the second question is not direct it is indirect he/she
is asking as how u can compare salaries with different
organizations?ans i can compare as per the past records of
the previous employers who are already working and in the
same way that from job satisfaction from previous employees.

Dear friend,

Don't tell u want salary package as per company rules, set
ur rules there, u are the boss of ur own, present yourself
that kind of way that they should mean that you are the only
one who is suitable for this post, and afterwards tell them
what is your desiration, but remember too what you are going
to tell them it should be more than your desiration i.e if
you want rs.15,000/-(p.m) tell them rs 16,500/-(p.m), becoz
later negotiating to hagi hi nah.
