Job is Generic
Position is Org. unit it belongs to + Job
The compentencies are more or less common to a Job across
the Organization but additional competencies requited for
the position that is relevant to the Org. Unit. That is a
position is Org. unit dependant (Div., Dept., Sect. etc..)
where the job is not.
Eg. Manager can be considered as Job and it need a set of
compentencies.
Finance Manager will have compentenceis in addtion to that
of a Manager (Job)
