I am working with section(like testing) which is not
knowledge enhancing,the job i will do in ur company is not
like that(like production).
job satisfaction was not there

i want to join large firm to get diversity,exposure,better
guidance from higher ups.

i want to join small firm to get dynamic challanges,
experince to work independently,even to get diversity about
every aspect of company.

u can choose according to to situation.
