Explain why bjt is called current control device?
Answer / Madhavanand
BJT (Bipolar Junction Transistor) is referred to as a current control device because its output characteristics are primarily determined by the input current, not the voltage. The collector-emitter current of a BJT is approximately proportional to the base current. This property allows it to be used for amplifying currents more effectively than voltages.
