I recently attended an off-campus conducted by the ITES
company "SlashSupport" (Chennai). I would like to share my experience with
u all as I got very much benefitted by this All interview site.

Out of 154 students attended to the selection procedure, i think it was
around 10 who were selected and i'm happy to say i'm one among them.
The selection procedure is as follows:
1.Extempore
2.Written test(Easy)
3.Interview(this too,Easy)
The first round was Extempore. We were divided into groups of 12-15 and
each batch was called into a room.
Then, either u'd be given a topic or u can choose any topic of ur own
interest and speak on it for about a minute or two. This round is the
elimination round. You'll be given a time of one minute to frame an idea
abt wich u're going to speak.
we were left to choose our own topic. I choose use of mobiles in college.
Other topics were - My memorable day, Usage of cell phones in
college,Consumption of pepsi and coke in India, My college ,impact of
Movies on youth etc.

After first round more than half of the students were eliminated. This is
the major elimination round.
The written test of three sections
Language - 50 Q
Technical- 50 Q and
analytical-25 Q
Time - 45 min
Language part is very very easy
Examples: 1)she was in ..... kitchen
a)a b)the c)an d)this
Next are synonyms and antonyms. These are also easy.
carefully to write synonyms or antonyms. Also be careful while marking on
the answer sheet.
Technical part questions from ComputerNetworks, Operating Systems and
Hardware.
Analytical part consisted of Aptitude questions. also pick the odd figure
out.

me in detail about urself.
me: started telling
i1: where does ur father work?
me: told them with his designation.
i1: ok what does ur father do..as part of his work..i mean, what's he
concerned with?

me: i explained again .
i1: asked about the extra-curricular activities ?
me: told about them .
i2: ok how good are u in ur technical skills?

i2: what is networking?
me: it's all about connecting the computers.

me: they can be connected in a LAN.

Getting into this company is not that much difficult if u have minimum
communication skills with basic technical knowledge.
