A new 3ph IM check some following stepssss.
1.check bearing status
2.winding insulation resistance
3.check earth leakage current
4.check supply connection input (RYB) =output(RYB) is same.
basically phase inter-change is main reason for rotets the bello speed

This is due to Slip also. Anther possible reason broken short circuited rotor ring or Rotor lamination may be broken.

AVR is used for the Voltage regulation of the Generator using the feedback signal by exciting the field winding of the generator.But how the field winding will be excited & using what?
