Answer / kuldeep singh b.tech iitr

It may be due to winding problem. There may be different
winding resistance/induactance from the othe two one, of
that perticuler phase

Is there any problem ,if R-Y-B voltage is constant , but the air compressor taking one phase high ..

Answer / daxity

Obviously there is problem because the currents are not
balanced.the cause might be an imbalance in the winding
resistance which might come from unequal number of turns or
deffective insulation on that particular phase,or loose
connections on that phase from point of supply to the last
termination.........if the windings are perfectly
balanced:-misalignement and bearing failure can affect all
the phases.
