for star connected load phase voltage is equal to line voltage divided by root three

and

for delta connected load the phase voltage is equal to the line voltage

In three phase system voltage between any line(red or yellow or blue) and neutral is called phase voltage

The voltage between any two lines is called line voltage

If any cable burnt how can we identify it burnt by high current of high voltage?
