There are so many factors to emmiring the CO of generator set eg. poor filterarion of fuel,rocker leaver arm are not adjuested properly that is why fuel not consuming properly. fuel quality may not be good.

So you need to set all the parameters and operate the genetaror atleast 80% load to reduce the CO level.
