1cu m=35.28 cu ft
1cu m = 1000liters
1cu ft= 28.32 liters
If size of tank=5ft*5ft*10ft
Volume=5*5*10=250cu ft
Water quantity in liters =250*28.32=7081liters

Calculate the volume Cft and then mulitiply with 28.32 which will give in literes

Calculate the internal volume of water tank having internal dimension (5m, 3m & 4m) as follow
=Length X Width X Height ( full height -free board)
=5m X 3m X 3.7m (4m-03m ) --- .3m free board
=55.5 cum X 1000
=55,500 litres
