why in 3.5 core means 3 core for phase and .5 for neutral?..

Answer / k.prakashchandra

Neutral current is undesirable . If 3 phase appliances are predominant or single phase loads are balanced, . the neutral current will be small . Further in protection scheme, the EFR is normally set at 20 % of the rated current . Hence main neutral conductor may be of half the size of phase conductors to save money .

Is there a possibility to use such a treshold voltage for the NMOS part of a CMOS circuit that during the switching it will start conducting only after the PMOS part will be already closed, by this eliminating the leakedge current? Please note, I'm not asking about the well bias in standby mode, but about the "antileakedge" measures during normal operation.
