Firstly spot that area where the leakageis formed,remove the plaster over the slab and then check is their any cracks on the slab if yes then make a V shape cutting over the cracked person and then make some treatment by chemical or Epoxy grouting and again do plaster over there.

First remove the slab plastering from the portion of lekage place the cement water with leak proof oil and make replaster to the slab . check if there are any other cracks

If the crack is on the concrete then take a V groove and prefer epoxy grouting. Then proceed for water proofing on the concrete area where grouting has done. Then plaster the surface.
