ceiling fan motors are capacitor start and capacitor run
motors.it needs only one capacitor.it has two windings
starting winding and running winding.starting winding has
more turns than running to produce torque.capacitor is
connected in series with starting winding. The capacitor
provides a phase shift.

May be its helpfull to u.
Once I have faced the same problem.
u can also search for grundfos starting and running capacitor.
Starting capacitor is of high rating while running has its low value as compare to starting. Beacuse of the reason behind in starting motor required more torque and for its it required high discharge capacitor to start motor and after few seconds when motor comes to its normal rating/running than the other capacitor starts working for normal and smooth running.
therefore we called start and running capcitor as starter and running capacitor.
U can also see the wiring diagram in grundfos motor required starting and run capacitor. Relays or contactors used normally to start and run capacitor.
