Dear pankaj,

pl check the cross section details of the beam, if effective depth of beam is 500:
then add (500 + 150) effective depth of beam and slab thickness.
column height: 3.0 - (0.5+.15) = 2.35 M

if you find total dept of beam in cross section as 500
then :
column height: 3.0 - 0.50 = 2.50 M
