no one can answer this question.because electrode
consumption never depends its weight always depends upon its
connections line like bracings,gussets.
my simple answer is when the connections increases the
welding area also increases so the welding areas increases
the consumption of electrodes also increase.

Most fabrication shops estimate electrode consumption@ 3% of the steel structure made by welding existing steel members.This is the weight add back to the steel member weight calculation.
