Control Valve size means, size of control valve body.
In a simple way, you may understand the size of control valve connections like 4" X 3". This 4" is inlet and 3" is outlet of control valve.

Control valve size means its called a class 150 class 300 class 600 class 900 class 1500
means flow of fluids like water will flow class 150 liquid will flow class 300 and gas will flow class 600 its types of flow of fluids this is the meaning of size of valve

What should be the ideal tapping location for pressure differential transmitter for liquid service. If the tapping taken from the top of the pipe then PDIT will work properly or not.
