Generally phosphate buffer is used fro preparation of buffer
in reversed phase bcas phosphate buffer has 3 Pka ie. 2.1,
7.2, 12.3.
Generally potassium salt is used because potassium salt has
more counter ion capability than sodium and ammonium. Also
potassium salt has more solubility in buffer than other salt
