it will depends on the parameters (like RPM and per hour discharge flow capacity) of pump through which this 6 inch line is connected

It will depend on the velocity of the pump if it is through pump and if flow is through gravity then velocity will be lesser. Flow=velocity * area of pipe 6"; consider 2 m/s if flow is through garvity. in other cases use velocity of pump.
Area of pipe = (pi*r2/4)
