ITS NOT SAFE , TIE BEAM IS REQUIRED FOR JOINED THE COLUMN,SO TIE BEAM MUST MEET EACH OTHER .

during designing da tie we consider both beams coming from x and y axis.since it is made to act simultaneously so dey should meet

do we decide reinforcement steel , based on bending moment ? give example with continous slab?
