first we prepare 1000 ppm(mgml).
1000 ppm acetone standard solution preparation:-10 mg of acetone solvent is taken in 10 ml vf and make up with suitable diluent.
25 ppm preparation:- 0.25 ml of 1000 ppm solution is taken in a 10 ml vf and make up with a that suitable diluent.
