HPLC:
Exact quantification method.in case of any impurity present in the same it will eluted in the different RT.

Potentiometer:This also quantification method,it will not suitable for all the sample.Because if any impurity present in the sample it will consume the titrant.so that it is not correct method.

Potentiometric Assay is titration method where as HPLC Assay is chromatographic method.
Potentiometric Assay is based on the reaction, where as HPLC Assay is based on
separation.
Potentiometric Assay is less accurate,where as HPLC Assay is more accurate.
