2)PH(LV)TO EARTH(IN THIS TEST THE LINE PT ISOLATED FROM THE
CIRCUIT OF LV SIDE OTHERWISE THE VALUE IS ZERO)
3)PH(PRIMARY)TO PH(SECONDARY)
4)CONTINUTY TEST BETWEEN PHASES OF LV(R Y B)&HV(RYB)
