ok look, there is no ring provided at the junction of
column and beam as per sp46 code. another thing what ever
rod obtain from design of the structure asll bar pass
through the column. please refer sp46 code for your
clearance.

If your drg told used 600 dia hume pipe for culvert but due to market problem available 300 dia hume pipe,den how much humepipe you provide(300 dia) instead of 600 dia?
