It will be better to convey politely to the supervisor that his action may not be suitable for the company. If he agrees then ok, otherwise I'll definitely report management as company is far greater than a supervisor.

first i will communicate politely with my supervisor that his action may not be suitable for the comapany.if he agrees then ok,otherwise i will definitely report to the comapany mngm,bcz i'm not working for supervisor,i'm working for my company.

I believe my first step would be to talk to my supervisor. I would need to understand what he/she did and why and then reason with him/her to set things straight.

If this doesn't work out there is still time to talk to my team leader.
