What is RTCC panel and why it is required

Answer

Rtcc is remote tap changer circuit. It is used to change tap position as per requirement of load. It generally maintains voltage at specific value, if there is any change in voltage rtcc gets it at reqd value.

It will be better to convey politely to the supervisor that his action may not be suitable for the company. If he agrees then ok, otherwise I'll definitely report management as company is far greater than a supervisor.
