in alternator field is rotating and rotoar is stationary but in
dyanamo opposite of alternator.
dynamo produce DC current where alternator produce AC
current.
alernator produce same current even at low speed but in
dynamo current is directy propotional to speed.

1.dynamo is nothing but an d.c.generator in which armature
rotates and field is stationary, armature produces
alternating supply which is further converted to
unidirectional supply by means of commutator(ac to dc).
2.alternator(a.c.generator)in which armature is stationary
but field is rotating due to some advantages in which ac
supply is generated is directly taken to the load without
using commutator(also called as commutator less generator).
