The calculation of heat load is based on the total cooling capacity required to maintain a comfortable temperature in a given space. In your case, if you have a 10 TR (Ton of Refrigeration) air conditioning unit, this means that it can remove 3.517 kW (1 TR = 0.3517 kW) of heat from the environment.

To find the required cooling capacity based on relative humidity (RH), you can use the Psychrometric Chart or one of its simplified versions, such as the ASHRAE Quick Comfort Zone chart. The chart provides guidelines for determining the latent and sensible heat loads at different temperatures and RH levels.

To find the cooling load due to RH (rh), you would need to first calculate the wet-bulb temperature (twb) based on the dry-bulb temperature (tdb) and RH using one of the psychrometric equations or an online calculator. Then, use the chart to find the latent heat load (Latent Load) at the calculated twb. The total cooling load due to RH would be the sum of the sensible and latent heat loads.

Here's a simplified formula for finding the cooling load due to RH:

Cooling Load = Sensible Heat Load + Latent Heat Load
Sensible Heat Load (SHL) = (17.27 x tdb - 2469) x (1 - RH/100)
Latent Heat Load (LL) = 0.08 x (RH / 100) x twb
