what is gapless metal oxide techniques?
The gapless metal oxide technique is used to achieve
non-linear characteristic.
In this technique Zinc Oxide grains with controlled
impurities of Bismuth Oxide and Antimony Oxide are
introduced to the resistor.
The micro-structure hence formed have execellent non linear
characteristic.
This technique is used in the formation of Lightening/Surge
Arrestor which are used in the protection.
