Check the Starter

we need to check below things if motor not getting started
whether any fault is coming when we start the motor
If not then check
Check voltage healthiness
each stop(LCS,DCS,ECS)should be released
Check wheather any of the BIs of Relay not working
Check interlock as per drawing
if still not happening then check respective contactor or
breaker

when both the field flux and armature flux are opposite then resultant electromagnetic torque going to zero this results such that it does get necessary driving force
