because load(bulb) is connected than the value of current increased and the shock is high

If you do not connect neutral to neutral terminal,you have
to receive shock,as the phase is extended to neutral
terminal of the bulb,but it can not be max

don't mine mr dj but there is a resistance is connected in series with tester and our body acts as neutral and the level of current is too small thats not affect to our body as realize
and as my knowledge there shall be shock at the neutral terminal
and u can show some other answer

U cant get any shock it is just like a tester when u touch the tester metal body u work like a neutral as well as here in bulb

After Motor completed service propose to reinstall and reconnect Motor Cable, found earth cable sparkling during touching at metal / motor body. Inspect by clamp meter found earth cable have current flow AC 1-2amps and all earth cable at MCC LV also have current flow as same value. why it is happen?
