ITS because of improper earthing.proper earthig to be
done.minimum voltage is 6v

It due to unbalace loads in the three phases.The limitof
voltage between earth and neutral is 2 volts for computers
to work properly.

voltage between earth and neutral is 2 volts.

To minimize the volt b/n neutral and earth we have to
balance the neutral current.
Neutral current should be minimun.

We have measured the C1 , C2 individually , but when we start to measure the total C1+C2 , the testing equipment shuts down and says low loading. I know during Surge Impedance Loading maximum power is transferred through a transmission line and also Sending end voltage becomes equal to Receiving end voltage i.e Vs=Vr so my question is if both end voltages are equal then how current travels in such line hence how power is transmitted because flow of current needs Potential difference??
